The switch panel faceplate is black anodized aluminum, so the actual markings will be matte silver in appearance. Try to visualize the text you want in each space to ensure it will fit. (Remember, for example, that the letter ‘I’ takes up a lot less space than the letter ‘W’.) I can stretch and squeeze font width to some degree if it’s needed, but the limitation to the number of characters you can request for each entry is deliberate. Please do not exceed this limit!

For icons, if you describe what you want (for example, “Icon that looks like a Pod Light” or “a seat ejection icon”) I will do my best to find something appropriate and include it in the proof that I email you back with. Alternatively, you can also attach images when you email this form back to me, but bear in mind that I cannot convert PHOTOS to icons as it is FAR too complicated. They must be black and white, icon-style images if you want me to use them. Otherwise, I will use the photo you provide as a guide in trying to source an appropriate icon to match!
